Who are you?
Your must-have:
- first experiences in consulting clients/agency jobs (HR, research, OD, marketing as a preference)
- interest in employer branding (experience is a big plus)
- experience in research, strategic consulting or strategy designing
- fluency in English
- analytic mind & advisory mindset
- a desire to work with cool research, analytic and strategic tools
- project management skills
Your nice-to-have:
- experience in data analytics
- experience in data management tools usage
- experience in employer branding strategy execution
