Who are you?
Your must-have:
- fluency in both Polish and English
- experience in consulting clients/agency jobs (HR, research, OD, marketing as a preference)
- experience in employer branding (min 2 years)
- experience in research, strategic consulting, or strategy designing
- analytic mind & advisory mindset
- a desire to work with cool research, analytic, and strategic tools
- project management skills
Your nice-to-have:
- experience in data analytics
- experience in data management tools usage
- experience in employer branding strategy execution
Location:
As we work remotely, it doesn’t matter.
