Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. is a universal bank listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Bank offers individual savings and investment products as well as a wide range of loans, while enterprises (micro, SMEs and corporations) provide solutions for financing operations on the Polish and international market.

Preparation of the employer branding strategy. Changing the image of the consumer brand to a more modern one while preserving the care of the needs of regular and long-term customers required the development of a new employer branding strategy, a common EVP for existing employees and at the same time promoting new competences.

As part of the project, we checked the perception of the bank as an employer by its existing employees and potential candidates during qualitative research, and then we checked the stability of assessments with the help of nationwide quantitative research.

As a result of the project, the employer branding strategy and the new communication line of the bank “Take care of what’s important, the way you like it”, implemented in the form of external activities (career website, recruitment leaflets, job ads and employer profiles in social media), as well as internal .
