You don’t need to be an expert on the EB topic yet, but you must love sales research, social media, and pitching! You will be responsible for bringing our brand and mission to the HR world globally. Ok, so what should you be prepared for?
- working with business clients and partners
Active, known inside out, with whom we drank more than one coffee and who tagged us on every second Instagram picture ;), as well as the new ones, which we’ll get to know and who will stay with us for longer.
- sales and additional sales of products in the general area of Employer Branding
You’ll write to, talk with and meet clients. Researching new leads, discovery calls, demo presenting, and building new partnerships will be your daily responsibility.
- preparing offers
After meeting and examining the situation, you’ll attend the process of creating an offer for a client. Disclaimer: sometimes you’ll have to speak languages!
- building up lasting relationships with our clients
We can serve comprehensively only those, who we know well. And it’s for you to assure they remain fond of us!
- supporting our exposure in social media and events
We believe giving value is the best sales technique so you will use content marketing and events as your daily tool.
- cooperation with all teams in our company

Who are we looking for?
We will welcome a digital beast who:
- is full of energy and seeks solutions allowing him to understand his client and adjust products for him
- is capable of working on sales tools: contacts base, product offers – which generally means he knows Excel and PowerPoint 😉
- can quickly and efficiently source information: can find a contact for a potential client, identify his needs and present him with a tailored offer
- doesn’t like schemes and will sign the “there’s no better trade than a thoughtful one” statement
- is ready to work with a business client and isn’t afraid of suiting up from time to time
- can assign priorities and will always find easy and efficient sales solutions, profitable both for the agency and the client
- likes when a lot is going on
- is at least interested in employer branding and HR
- has min 1 year of experience in sales
- is fluent in English
Your nice to-have:
- experience in e-commerce
- marketing tools usage experience
- events management
- e-learning interest
Location:
Doesn’t matter, we work remotely from any location that has an internet connection 🙂
