The CCC Group is one of the largest and fastest growing in Europe of large companies specialized in footwear trade and one of the largest footwear manufacturers in Europe. Through its subsidiary eobuwie.pl SA, it is also an e-commerce leader on the footwear market in Central and Eastern Europe. As the CCC Group, at the end of 2017 it had 925 stores with an area of ​​536 thousand. m2 and is present in 19 countries in Europe and beyond. It employs over 13,000 employees and sells over 45 million pairs of shoes annually.

Preparing a comprehensive employer brand strategy in a short time.

The key challenge was the company structure: two branches of the Headquarters in Warsaw and Polkowice, sales network and an extremely broad cross-section of positions in the organization (from the lowest level of physical positions, to creative and specialist positions). In addition, the strategy and the new communication line were to define the direction for the CCC employer brand, visible under new media: a refreshed career page and new job advertisement layouts.
