Loyalty Partner Polska, a company that belongs to the American Express group, is the operator of the first and the largest multi-partner PAYBACK Bonus Program in Poland. The idea of ​​the Program is to appreciate consumers for their daily shopping decisions and support companies in building and maintaining stable relationships with clients.

Goal/Challenges

Preparation and implementation of a comprehensive communication line, recruitment materials and tools for building the employer’s image.

Lack of intensive activities so far, two employer brands – well-known consumer brand Payback and its operator Loyalty Partners; the need to distinguish from strong competition fighting for the best talents on the market.
