Sometimes you have some resources, dedicated team, creative ideas, but… you lack professional support, coaching and deeper knowledge on the topic. This was the case of our Client – Fortaco. They reached out to us to help them educate their teams in Poland, Finland, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary & Serbia.

Our mission was to educate the team and provide them with tools allowing them to develop the best employer branding strategy. We wanted to help them set and then optimize the right processes to make sure the organization effectively listens to their candidates and employees, conducts research, sets the strategic direction, defines goals, develops Personas and creates best matching operational strategy. We partnered as coaches, teammates, and external supporting experts.

As we needed to secure the project with internal board buy-in, we also supported our team in further education of the organization about how employer branding is directly connected to the general business activity.

We were flexible to adjust to current Client’s needs. We changed some of the assumptions of the project in between stages to answer to new challenges the team faced. For example, at the last stage we included face to face workshops in Kraków, where we all together summarized the project and set the base for the full operational strategy.

As usual we started with project kick off to establish goals and custom plan for the whole course of the project. The team leveraged EBnavi audit to understand how well their tools and processes are adjusted to market top benchmarks.

We conducted two online educational workshops including special live tasks for the team on Miro boards. We leveraged design thinking methods and of course followed our expert methodological approach. After each workshop, the team was equipped in tools and know-how on how to conduct the process of developing particular elements of the EB strategy step by step.

The last workshop was conducted offline and included training part on setting KPIs for goals, designing activities assigned to set EB goals and finished by feedback session summarizing the whole process and learnings.

The results were great not only for the client, but also for our internal EBI team. We were able to get to know dedicated specialist whom we could support in their journey towards master level employer branding 🙂
