mBank is a universal bank, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It employs over 7,700 employees in the headquarters in Łódź and Warsaw as well as outlets. An important element of mBank’s offer for students and graduates is the Young Talent Development Program, including apprenticeship and internship program in both the corporate and retail part of the bank. From the beginning, the bank is the undisputed leader in the implementation of innovative product and technology solutions.

The second part of the promotion of the Young Talents Development Program. As in the case of the “Rip your career with mBank” campaign, the main challenge was to reach the best students of selected universities and faculties. Building the image of a desired employer among students of business, financial and makreting faculties.

Over 2000 applications in 4 weeks. Over 25,000 unique users on the site. The campaign “Mark yourself in the new role” won in the 4th edition of the EBstars competition in the category Best employer branding campaign.
