PMI is a leading international tobacco company in the world, selling its products on markets around 180 countries. PMI is the largest producer and employer on the tobacco market in Poland.

The biggest challenge of this project was to reach the right number of senior students and to encourage them to take part in the workshops that took place during the hours of university classes.

Thanks to a wide promotion in social media and on student channels, a full house of participants appeared at each of the workshops, who for more than three hours were very active in the discussion and resolution of the casas. In addition, the effect was to raise awareness among students of PMI and the possibility of applying for various positions.
