Euroclear Bank, headquartered in Brussels, is a world leader in providing post-trade securities services, i.e. transactions, including domestic and international bonds, shares, investment funds and other asset classes. Euroclear’s clients are commercial banks, investment banks, central banks, brokerage houses, investment funds, companies and international organizations from over 90 countries, including Poland.

The aim of the project was to create a strategy for building the employer’s image from scratch. The challenge was to build awareness about the cultural and environmental diversity of Belgium and Poland. We met with Euroclear at the time when the brand was only recently present on the Polish market. Despite low recognition, the lack of a product brand had the undoubted power of the promise of a new brand on the labor market and potential in the form of committed employees.

As part of the conducted activities, the research covered various groups of employees and candidates from the Małopolska market. We put special emphasis on developing a brand identity with Belgian roots on the Polish market and prepared a plan for its positioning on the already saturated Kraków labor market.

The effect of the activities carried out was the appointment of EVP for Poland, preparation of communication directions and a detailed strategy of internal and external activities for the coming years.
