The Polish HR Forum (formerly the Union of Temporary Employment Agencies) was established in 2002 on the initiative of leading companies from the employment agency sector operating according to the highest ethical standards. From the beginning of its existence, the experts of the Polish HR Forum work for the development of the employment agency sector in Poland. They co-create and give opinion on draft laws, participate in the work of the tripartite commission, meet with representatives of public institutions defending the interests of the industry.

Goal/Challenges

Together with 9 member companies of the Polish HR Forum, prepare an image campaign for the recruitment profession, directed to experienced sellers, which will encourage them to work in the recruitment industry.

Preparation and implementation of the first recruitment profession in Poland, in which a total of 10 companies participated.
