In 2013, in one brand mBank S.A. was merged in BRE Bank, mBank and MultiBank. mBank S.A is currently one of the largest banks in Poland, offering services for corporate clients, private banking, and retail banking.

Setting a communication strategy for the new mBank as an employer based on the needs of different groups of employees, in different locations, from historically different consumer brands. The process of combining brands is also a clash of different organizational cultures, different styles of work, values.

The process of building one bank on the external and internal labor market required the definition of a coherent EVP and a consistent communication line.

We have planned and implemented the research plan with special regard to the needs of the organization that has just completed the process of merging 3 different brands, not only consumer but mainly cultural ones. Our analyzes had to reflect the different needs of employees, different groups of candidates, but also specific challenges in terms of internal communication and employee involvement.

In the process of consulting the results of analyzes with various groups within the organization, an EVP of the new mBank was created, consistent with the consumer strategy, mBank’s values ​​and business strategy. We have also developed an EVP communication strategy for the coming years, including a dozen or so diverse external and internal target groups.
