Shell Business Operations (SBO) consists of six global business centers constituting the operational facilities of Shell’s main business functions, including: customer service, support of financial operations, HR and logistics. From the point of view of the BPO / SSC sector, this is one of the key employers of the sector, based in Warsaw.

Audit of external and internal communication of the Shell brand. We met with Shell’s business centers at the time of the still low awareness of the SBO offer as an employer towards a strong main brand – gas stations. Additional challenges included a large variety of local labor markets and strong competition in selected locations.

Due to the globality of the project and the need to reflect the diversity of local markets, the study covered 6 Shell Operations locations around the world. The widest scope of research was carried out in Krakow, the largest of centers, conducting additional research for candidates and in-depth internal research.

The result and analysis of the research served to develop a coherent global EVP SBO, taking into account a strong consumer brand and preparation of external and internal strategies on local markets.
