NUTRICIA is the leader of the food market for infants and children in Poland. He is a member of the Danone Group. It specializes in food for infants and children and clinical food – for people who require a special diet. In Poland, NUTRICIA are two companies – operating in the production area of ​​NUTRICIA Zakłady Produkcyjne with its registered office in Opole and dealing in the sale of baby food and enteral feeding products NUTRICIA Polska with its registered office in Warsaw.

Goal/Challenge

Our goal was to create communication regarding the introduction of a new intranet. As well as innvolvement of stationary and mobile employees, encouraging to complete the profile on the intranet

Implementation

Creation of all communication ie mailings, graphics displayed on screens, materials for the newsletter aimed at intranet users, passwords used in communication and intranet promotion among employees a contest for naming a new intranet.

Outcome

The introduction of the intranet consisted of several stages, including teasers, introductions, name competition, announcements of the winning name and reminders addressed to employees about the intranet, as well as encouraging employees to complete the profile. The whole project involved many employees who reported their Intranet names. Over 20 people have submitted their proposals
